64 properties sold, down 16.9% from May of 2022.

Parkland County acreages average sales price was $577k, up 10.2% from May of 2022.

Rural Parkland County acreages stayed on market longer this year than last, averaging an increase of 90.9% over May of 2022. However, year over year the average days on market is down 17%. Note: this is an on-leash event for pup attendees. There will be live entertainment with trained dogs who will be off-leash in the performance area. There will be some indoor activities for humans-only, including kids activities, face painting, balloon artist, and scavenger hunt through the show homes. We ask everyone to be kind and mindful to each other. If your pup prefers to run around, we welcome you to visit the new off-leash dog park just a few blocks down.

Bring a picnic blanket, kids and pups all welcomed to watch live performances from the Bark Side. Each performance may include a mix of agility, tricks, disc, high jumping, etc.
