I specialize in new homes and quick possession properties in Edmonton and the surrounding area. While I also assist with select resale purchases, my business is intentionally focused on new construction, where expert guidance makes the biggest difference.

I work closely with builders, understand how their sales teams are incentivized, and know how pricing and inventory decisions are actually made behind the scenes. This insight allows me to protect my clients from overpaying, missing key details, or making decisions that don’t truly serve them — especially when buying directly from a builder.
